Homeowners have been provided printed materials via USPS as noted below:
– A letter from the Board of Directors
– Meeting Agenda
– 2021 Annual Meeting Minutes
– Calendar year 2022 Budget year to date
– Meeting Agenda
– The calendar year 2023 Budget as prepared by the Upland Green HOA Treasurer and approved by Upland Green HOA Board of Directors (will be ratified unless 60% of homeowners reject)
– Restated Bylaws and short-list outlining changes from old to new
– Nomination Form for open board positions (2)
– The ballot for approving or rejecting the Calendar Year 2023 Budget and Revised Bylaws
– Homeowner proxy form

The deadline to return ballots and proxies has passed. If you are unable to attend the meeting, but still need to return a ballot or proxy, please email to president@uplandgreen.org no later than 3pm on Thursday, October 20, 2022.
