Upland Green is a neighborhood of North Kirkland in the Evergreen Hill area. It is comprised of 178 single and multi-family dwellings.

Are there homeowner dues?
Yes.  Annual dues are $350 per year and due in fully by January 31st.

When are the Monthly Board Meetings?
The monthly board meetings for 2025 are held the third Tuesday of every month.  The meetings begin at 7:00 p.m.  Meetings are held via Zoom with details posted on our Facebook page and the home page of this site.

When is the Annual Homeowner’s Meeting?
It is held the third Thursday in October.
